Effects of functional intervention based on environmental improvement combined with childlike induction on coordination degree of treatment and disease control in children with bronchial asthma
Objective To investigate the effects of functional intervention based on environmental improvement combined with childlike induction on coordination degree of treatment and disease control in children with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 120 children with bronchial asthma admitted from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given functional intervention based on environmental improvement combined with childlike induction on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of coordination degree of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of disease control in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Pediatric Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire(PAQLQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional intervention based on environmental improvement combined with childlike induction is helpful to improve the coordination degree and disease control effect of children with bronchial asthma, improve lung function and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
