Application effect of MEWS combined with SBAR communication mode in the nursing of hematology department
Objective To analyze the application effect of Modified Early Warning Score(MEWS)combined with situation-background-assessment-recommendation(SBAR)communication mode in the nursing of hematology department.Methods A total of 100 patients admitted from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into control group and study group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received MEWS combined with SBAR communication mode.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of risk events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and total compliance rate of compliance behavior was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the platelet count,hemoglobin,white blood cell count and neutrophil count were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The MEWS combined with SBAR communication mode applied in the nursing of patients in hematology department has remarkable effect,which can improve the psychological state of patients,enhance the medical compliance,and promote the outcome of diseases.
