Application effect of preoperative risk assessment combined with symptomatic nursing in high-risk pregnant women and its influence on pregnancy outcome
Objective To explore the application effect of preoperative risk assessment combined with symptomatic nursing in high-risk pregnant women and its influence on pregnancy outcome. Methods A total of 100 high-risk pregnant women who gave birth from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the digital random table method, the women were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was given preoperative risk assessment combined with symptomatic nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The discharge time of bloody lochia, postoperative exhaust time, ambulation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the postpartum lactation volume was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After delivery, the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the levels of homocysteine(Hcy)and endothelin(ET)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of nitric oxide(NO)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 18.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative risk assessment combined with symptomatic nursing can increase the postpartum lactation volume of high-risk pregnant women, improve surgical indicators and bad mood, reduce the occurrence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes, and improve nursing satisfaction.
