Effects of high quality nursing based on clinical pathway on signs,pulmonary function improvement and family satisfaction of children with bronchopneumonia
Objective To observe the effects of high quality nursing based on clinical pathway on signs,pulmonary function improvement and family satisfaction of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with bronchopneumonia who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high quality nursing based on clinical pathway.The nursing effect,signs and pulmonary function improvement and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,fever,pulmonary rales,pulmonary lesions and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),FEV1/FVC and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each item of Perceived Nursing Service Quality Scale(PNSQ)(medical environment,health education,service attitude and operation level)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing based on clinical pathway can improve the curative effect,promote the improvement of signs in children with bronchopneumonia,and improve the pulmonary function and family satisfaction of children,which is worthy of clinical selection.
