Influences of nursing intervention based on communication compliance theory combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention on cancer-related fatigue and quality of life of patients after radical mastectomy
Objective To investigate the influences of nursing intervention based on communication compliance theory combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention on cancer-related fatigue and quality of life of patients after radical mastectomy.Methods A total of 96 patients after radical mastectomy treated from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on communication compliance theory combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Fear Visual Simulation Scale(FAVS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the Herth Hope Index(HHI)scores was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief Scale(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on communication compliance theory combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention can reduce cancer-related fatigue,regulate psychological state,and improve hope level and quality of life of patients after radical mastectomy.
