Research status of domestic PD-1 inhibitors in gynecological tumors
Gynecological tumors are malignant diseases that threaten the lives of women.The most common are cervical cancer,ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer,and their incidence is increasing year by year.The treatment of gynecological tumors is based on the combination of surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,but there are still patients who die due to drug resistance or recurrence after comprehensive treatment.At present,PD-1/PD-L1 immunosuppressive agents have achieved initial results in the treatment of gynecological malignant tumors,and are expected to become the most potential drugs to overcome gynecological malignant tumors in the future.This article reviews the current clinical research results of domestic PD-1 immunotherapy in gynecological tumors,in order to summarize the domestic immunotherapy ideas for gynecological tumors,find appropriate immunotherapy strategies,and prolong the survival of advanced patients.
