Effect and treatment of autoimmune diseases on recurrent spontaneous abortion
With the development of reproductive immunology research,immune dysfunction has become one of the important causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Autoimmune diseases are divided into organ-specific and systemic autoimmune diseases,systemic autoimmune diseases are immune disorders characterized by tissue and organ damage caused by the activation of lymphocytes or the production of high-titer autoantibodies,it is one of the important causes of pathological pregnancy(RSA,fetal death,premature delivery,placental insufficiency,etc.).At present,the common autoimmune diseases causing RSA are mainly antiphospholipid syndrome(APS),systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),autoimmune thyroid disease(AITD),rheumatoid arthritis(RA),undifferentiated connective tissue disease(UCTD)and sicca syndrome(SS).This article reviews RSA combined with autoimmune diseases to enrich the clinical diagnosis and treatment of RSA and reduce the psychological burden of patients and families.
