Study on the status quo and influencing factors of stigma in newly diagnosed acquired immunodeficiency syndrome patients complicated with hepatitis B
Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of stigma in newly diagnosed acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients complicated with hepatitis B.Methods A total of 106 patients with newly diagnosed AIDS complicated with hepatitis B admitted in our hospital from March 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.The general information questionnaire,stigma scale,medical coping style questionnaire,psychological resilience scale and social support rating scale were used to investigate.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing the stigma of newly diagnosed AIDS patients complicated with hepatitis B.Results The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,family per capita monthly income,coping style,psychological resilience level and social support level were the main factors affecting the stigma of newly diagnosed AIDS patients complicated with hepatitis B(P<0.05).Conclusion The stigma of newly diagnosed AIDS patients complicated with hepatitis B is at a high level.Education level,family per capita monthly income,coping style,psychological resilience level and social support level are the main influencing factors.
