Effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and its influences on immune inflammatory factors levels
Objective To analyze the effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)and its influences on immune inflammatory factors levels. Methods A total of 100 AR patients admitted from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide nasal spray, and the study group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)in the two groups increased, and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),interleukin-5(IL-5),interleukin-17(IL-17)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)in the two groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CC chemokine ligand 17(CCL17)and CC chemokine ligand 22(CCL22)in the two groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide nasal spray can improve the lung function of AR patients and regulate the levels of immune inflammatory factors and chemokines, and has a definite curative effect.
