Effect of Xueshuantong injection combined with alteplase thrombolytic therapy on ischemic stroke and its influences on cerebral vascular blood flow status,MCP-1 and VE-cadherin
Objective To investigate the effect of Xueshuantong injection combined with alteplase thrombolytic therapy on ischemic stroke and its influences on cerebral vascular blood flow status,monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)and vascular endothelial cadherin(VE-cadherin).Methods A total of 100 patients with ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment after admission.The control group was treated with alteplase thrombolytic therapy,and the observation group was treated with Xueshuantong injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 78.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery(MCA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA)and vertebral artery(VA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of neuron specific enolase(NSE)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MCP-1 and VE-cadherin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xueshuantong injection combined with alteplase thrombolytic therapy on ischemic stroke can not only improve the clinical effect,improve the blood flow status of cerebral vascular,but also regulate the levels of MCP-1 and VE-cadherin,and promote the recovery of neurological function,which is worthy of promotion.
