Analysis of 223 cases of "special class" antibacterial drugs
Objective To analyze the clinical use of special class antibacterial drugs in our hospital,and to provide reference for rational and standardized use of special class antibacterial drugs.Methods The 223 consultation data of special class antibacterial drugs in the pharmacy department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly selected,and the rationality of the use of special class antibacterial drugs in our hospital was analyzed from the aspects of consultation patients,the use of special class antibacterial drugs and whether microbial inspection was carried out.Results Patients aged 61-75 years old and 76-90 years old had a greater demand for the use of special class antibacterial drugs(accounted for 34.53%and 30.94%respectively).The use frequency of special class antibacterial drugs in hematology department was the highest(accounted for 26.91%),followed by respiratory and critical care medicine department and nephrology department.Single drug use was the main method(accounted for 78.92%).The most frequently used drug was meropenem(accounted for 61.36%).The microbial submission rate before the use of special class antibacterial drugs reached 96.41%.There were a few unreasonable phenomena in the combination of drugs.Conclusion The clinical use of special class antibacterial drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable,but it is still necessary to strengthen the standardization and further improve the rationality and effectiveness of the use of special class antibacterial drugs.
