Value of superb microvascular imaging in early diagnosis, disease judgment and efficacy evaluation of breast cancer
Objective To explore the value of superb microvascular imaging(SMI)in early diagnosis, disease judgment and efficacy evaluation of breast cancer. Methods A total of 92 patients with breast cancer admitted in our hospital from April 2020 to March 2022 were selected as malignant group, and 114 patients with benign breast nodules at the same period were selected as benign group. All patients underwent SMI examination, and the blood flow status of the two groups were statistically compared. Results The blood flow status of the benign group was significantly better than that of the malignant group(P<0.05).The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve showed that the area under curve(AUC)of SMI blood flow status in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 0.863(95%CI 0.809-0.907),the best diagnostic sensitivity was 84.78%,the best diagnostic specificity was 77.19%,the cutoff value was Adler grade≥1,and the Youden index was 0.620.The blood flow status of patients without lymph node metastasis was better than that of patients with lymph node metastasis, and the blood flow status of patients with grade Ⅰ+Ⅱ tissue classification was better than that of patients with grade Ⅲ tissue classification(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that SMI blood flow status was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and tissue grade(P<0.05).The blood flow status of effective patients was better than that of ineffective patients(P<0.05).Conclusion SMI technology can provide references for early clinical diagnosis, disease judgment and efficacy evaluation of breast cancer, and facilitate the formulation of clinical targeted treatment.
