Effects of Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules combined with mosapride on gastrointestinal hormones and gastric emptying in patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation
Objective To explore the effects of Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules combined with mosapride on gastrointestinal hormones and gastric emptying in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD)of spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation.Methods A total of 102 FD patients with spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation admitted in our hospital from December 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mosapride orally,and the observation group was treated with Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules on the basis of the control group,both of groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal hormones,gastric emptying and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin(GAS),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and cholecystokinin(CCK)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level of motilin(MTL)was higher than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the gastric emptying rate of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and that of the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.402).Conclusion Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules combined with mosapride has a significant effect in the treatment of FD patients with spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation.It can effectively regulate the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and accelerate gastric emptying,which is safe and reliable,and can be promoted in clinical practice.
