Effects of the combined nursing mode of specialized and heart failure nurses on the cardiac function and adverse cardiovascular events in patients with cardiorenal syndrome undergoing maintenance hemodialysis
Objective To explore the application effect of combined nursing mode of specialized and heart failure nurses in patients with cardiorenal syndrome(CRS)undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods Fifty patients with CRS who received MHD from January 2020 to January 2022 were included in the study and divided into intervention group(n=25,conventional nursing mode + combined nursing mode of specialized and heart failure nurses)and conventional group(n=25,conventional nursing mode)by random number table method. The cardiac function indexes, renal function indexes and adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of follow-up,the levels of N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),high sensitive cardiac troponin T(hs-cTnT)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in both groups were lower than those before intervention, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that before intervention, and those in the intervention group were better than the conventional group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the serum creatinine(SCr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels in both groups were lower than those before intervention,24 h urine volume was higher than that before intervention, and those in the intervention group were significantly better than the conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined nursing mode of specialized and heart failure nurses is beneficial to improve the cardiac and renal function of CRS patients treated with MHD,and reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events.
