Application effect of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing in patients with gastric cancer after operation and its influence on self-efficacy
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing in patients with gastric cancer after operation and its influence on self-efficacy.Methods A total of 60 patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group(30 cases, routine nursing)and observation group(30 cases,multi-dimensional collaborative nursing on the basis of control group). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of health knowledge level,self-responsibility,self-concept and self-care skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the score of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The anal exhaust time, first feeding time, bowel sound recovery time and first defecation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional collaborative nursing can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients with gastric cancer after operation, improve self-care ability and self-efficacy,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
