Effects of nursing intervention based on family empowerment combined with sensorimotor training on limb function and enthusiasm of rehabilitation exercise in stroke patients during recovery period
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on family empowerment combined with sensorimotor training on limb function and enthusiasm of rehabilitation exercise in stroke patients during recovery period. Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,88 stroke patients with sequelae of lower limb hemiplegia during recovery period in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on family empowerment combined with sensorimotor training on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale for Lower Extremity(FMA-LE)and Functional Ambulation Classification(FAC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the integral electromyography(iEMG)of rectus femoris and biceps femoris in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of positive behavior and rehabilitation nursing cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the score of abandonment behavior was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on family empowerment combined with sensorimotor training can promote the recovery of limb function in stroke patients during recovery period and improve the enthusiasm of rehabilitation exercise, which is worthy of promotion.
