Application effect of cluster nursing intervention in nutritional management of tumor patients during perioperative radiotherapy and its influences on nutritional status and quality of life
Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing intervention in nutrition management of tumor patients during perioperative radiotherapy.Methods A total of 80 patients with tumor during perioperative radiotherapy admitted in our hospital from March to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing schemes,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cluster nursing intervention on the basis of the control group nursing program.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of albumin(ALB),transferring(TRF)and hemoglobin(HB)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of WHO Quality of Life Measurement Scale Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the family nutrition management score and skeletal muscle mass of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The cluster nursing intervention applied in the nursing of tumor patients during perioperative radiotherapy can improve family nutrition management,improve nutritional status and skeletal muscle mass,and help to improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
