Effects of stepped nursing based on MOTOmed training combined with acupoint massage on limb function and enthusiasm for rehabilitation exercise in patients with posterior circulation ischemic stroke
Objective To explore the application effect of stepped nursing based on MOTOmed training combined with acupoint massage in patients with posterior circulation ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 92 patients with posterior circulation ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to October 2021 were selected for this study and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given stepped nursing based on MOTOmed training combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the Berg Balance Scale(BBS)and Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of active behavior and standard degree of action in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the score of giving up behavior was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Postural Assessment Scale for Stroke Patients(PASS)score and grip strength of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stepped nursing based on MOTOmed training combined with acupoint massage can improve the enthusiasm for rehabilitation exercise of patients with posterior circulation ischemic stroke, enhance the postural control and grip strength, and promote the recovery of limb function, which is worthy of promotion.
