Application value of psychological education course based on resource-fulness theory combined with regular rehabilitation exercise guidance mode in patients with stroke recovery period
Objective To explore the application value of psychological education course based on resourcefulness theory combined with regular rehabilitation exercise guidance mode in patients with stroke recovery period.Methods A total of 150 patients with stroke recovery period admitted from April 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given psychological education course based on resourcefulness theory combined with regular rehabilitation exercise guidance mode on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of psychological emotion cognition,disease cognition and rehabilitation exercise attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Berg Balance Scale(BBS)and Modified Fall Efficacy Scale(MFES)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of tenacity,optimism and self-improvement in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological education course based on resourcefulness theory combined with regular rehabilitation exercise guidance mode can improve the cognitive level and psychological resilience of patients with stroke recovery period,and can also improve limb function,which is worthy of promotion.
