Effects of FTS nursing mode on postoperative rehabilitation process and complications of patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur
Objective To explore the effects of fast track surgery(FTS)nursing mode on postoperative rehabilitation process and complications of patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur. Methods A total of 116 patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into routine group and experimental group, with 58 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was given FTS nursing mode intervention. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the Mini-Nutritional Assessment(MNA)score of the two groups increased, the Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score decreased, and those in the experimental group were better than the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Harris score and excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The independent ambulation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the routine group, and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion FTS nursing mode can effectively improve the nutritional status and pain degree of patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur, promote the recovery of hip joint function after operation, shorten the rehabilitation process and reduce postoperative complications.
