Application effect of self-efficacy intervention combined with acceptance and commitment concept intervention in patients with diabetic retinopathy
Objective To analyze the application effect of self-efficacy intervention combined with acceptance and commitment concept intervention in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(acceptance and commitment concept intervention)and study group(comdined with self-efficacy intervention on the basis of the control group),with 40 cases in each group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and 36-Item Short Form Health Survey Questionnaire(SF-36)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Acceptance and Actions Diabetes Questionnaire(AADQ)and Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire(CFQ)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-care responsibility and self-care skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-efficacy intervention combined with acceptance and commitment concept intervention can improve the anxiety and depression of patients with diabetic retinopathy and improve their self-care ability,which is worthy of clinical application.
