Effects of targeted nursing based on liver failure classification combined with family empowerment psychological counseling on the quality of life and disease perceived pressure of patients with liver failure
Objective To explore the effects of targeted nursing based on liver failure classification combined with family empowerment psychological counseling on the quality of life and disease perceived pressure of patients with liver failure.Methods A total of 92 patients with liver failure admitted in our department from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing based on liver failure classification combined with family empowerment psychological counseling.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of total bilirubin(TBIL),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the each dimension of Quality of Life Index(QLI)scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the proportion of mild perceived stress in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of severe perceived stress was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing based on liver failure classification combined with family empowerment psychological counseling can promote the improvement of liver function in patients with liver failure,improve their quality of life,and reduce the pressure of disease perception,which is worthy of promotion.
