Literature research on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic prostatitis in tropical areas of four southern provinces
Objective To summarize the compatibility rules of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of chronic prostatitis(CP)in tropical areas of the four southern provinces.Methods The relevant literature on the treatment of CP by doctors in tropical areas of Guangdong,Guangxi,Yunnan and Hainan provinces in the database was retrieved by computer.The traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of CP in the literature were standardized as damp-heat downward injection syndrome,damp-heat stasis syndrome,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,liver Qi stagnation syndrome,and the effective prescription Chinese medicine was extracted.The frequency of medication,meridian tropism and prescription rules of each syndrome type were analyzed by using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform(V3.5).Results Finally,96 effective prescriptions were included,involving 185 drugs,including 33 prescriptions for damp-heat downward injection syndrome,21 prescriptions for damp-heat stasis syndrome,17 prescriptions for Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,11 prescriptions for kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,10 prescriptions for kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,and 4 prescriptions for liver Qi stagnation syndrome.Conclusion The basic prescriptions of CP in the tropical areas of the four southern provinces are Phellodendri,Poria cocos,Plantin seed,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Alismatis rhizoma,Cortex moutan,and Chinese yam.According to different traditional Chinese medicine syndrom type,the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine is different.
