Analysis of frailty status and influencing factors in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Objective To explore the frailty status and influencing factors in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 98 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted in the cardic intensive care unit of the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu from September 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method. The General Information Questionnaire,Fried Phenotypic Frailty Scale,Nutrition Risk Screening 2002(NRS2002)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to investigate the prevalence of frailty in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of frailty in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Results Among 98 patients with acute myocardial infarction,26 cases had frailty, with an incidence of 26.53%;there were 32 cases of pre-frailty,accounting for 32.65%;there were 40 cases without frailty, accounting for 40.82%.According to the occurrence of frailty, the patients were divided into frailty group(26 cases)and non-frailty group(72 cases). The proportion of age≥70 years old, history of falls, multiple medication, nutritional risk and poor sleep quality in the frailty group were higher than those in the non-frailty group(P<0.05).Logistic regression results showed that age≥70 years old, history of falls, multiple medication, nutritional risk and poor sleep quality were risk factors for frailty in patients with acute myocardial infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion Frailty in patients with acute myocardial infarction is related to factors such as age≥70 years old, history of falls, multiple medication, nutritional risk and poor sleep quality, and clinical countermeasures should be developed to actively prevent.
