Application of autologous fat transplantation combined with water light injection of micro-crosslinked hyaluronic acid in facial rejuvenation and its influences on skin condition and facial contour
Objective To analyze the application effect of autologous fat transplantation combined with water light injection of micro-crosslinked hyaluronic acid in facial rejuvenation.Methods Sixty patients who required facial rejuvenation in the beauty department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with water light injection of micro-crosslinked hyaluronic acid,and the study group was treated with autologous fat transplantation on the basis of the control group.The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of facial contour treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the skin elasticity,skin water content,water skin loss,sebum and melanin in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1),matrix metalloproteinase-12(MMP-12)and reactive oxygen species(ROS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,the Generic Quality of Life Inventor-74(GQOLI-74)score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The autologous fat transplantation combined with water light injection of micro-crosslinked hyaluronic acid has a good effect on improving facial rejuvenation.It can improve the facial contour,skin condition and serum indexes of patients,and has reliable safety.
