Application effect of linalotide combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in intestinal cleaning of patients with chronic constipation
Objective To explore the application effect of linalotide combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in intestinal cleaning of patients with chronic constipation.Methods A total of 150 patients with constipation who underwent electronic colonoscopy from January to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group,observation group Ⅰ and observation group Ⅱ by random lottery,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given 3 L of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder,the observation group Ⅰ was given 3 L of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with linalotide,and the observation group Ⅱ was given 2 L of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with linalotide.The application effects of the three groups were compared.Results The Boston Bowel Preparation Scale(BBPS)score of the observation group Ⅰ was higher than that of the control group and the observation group Ⅱ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the qualified rate of intestinal cleaning in the observation groupⅠ was higher than that in the control group and the observation group Ⅱ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tolerance rate of the observation group Ⅱ was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group Ⅰ and the observation group Ⅱ was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Linaclotide combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder 3 L can not only improve the intestinal cleaning quality of patients with constipation,but also do not increase the adverse reactions of patients,which is suitable for clinical application of patients with constipation.
