目的 探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合阿加曲班、阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞的效果及对血小板因子、神经因子水平的影响.方法 选取 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月就诊的 100 例急性脑梗塞患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组与观察组,各 50 例.对照组采用阿加曲班、阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗.比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的血小板活化因子(PAF)、α颗粒膜糖蛋白-140(GMP-140)、β-血小板球蛋白(β-TG)、血小板第4因子(PF4)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)水平低于对照组,神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 丹参川芎嗪注射液联合阿加曲班、阿替普酶静脉溶栓可调节急性脑梗塞患者的血小板因子及神经因子水平,促进神经功能恢复,疗效显著,值得推广.
Objective To investigate the effect of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with argatroban and alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influences on platelet factor and nerve factor levels.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with argatroban and alteplase intravenous thrombolysis,and the observation group was treated with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of platelet-activating factor(PAF),granule membrane protein-140(GMP-140),β-thromboglobulin(β-TG)and platelet factor 4(PF4)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with argatroban and alteplase intravenous thrombolysis can regulate the levels of platelet factor and nerve factor in patients with acute cerebral infarction,promote the recovery of nerve function,and have a significant effect,which is worthy of promotion.
