Effect of modified Xuanfuhua decoction and Wendan decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia of phlegm-stasis blocking collateral syndrome and its influences on EGF and CDX2 levels
Objective To explore the effect of modified Xuanfuhua decoction combined with Wendan decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia of phlegm-stasis blocking collateral syndrome. Methods From April 2021 to June 2022,100 CAG patients with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia of phlegm-stasis blocking collateral syndrome were selected as the research objects.According to the lottery method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rabeprazole sodium, and the observation group was treated with modified Xuanfuhua decoction and Wendan decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of gastric mucosal atrophy, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the level of epidermal growth factor(EGF)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the expression of caudal type homeobox transcription factor-2(CDX2)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of interleukin-32(IL-32),soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL-2R)and interleukin-23(IL-23)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xuanfuhuadecoction combined with Wendan decoction in the treatment of CAG with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia of phlegm-stasis blocking collateral syndrome can regulate the EGF,CDX2 and inflammatory factors levels, and reduce the pathological score of gastric mucosa, which is worthy of promotion.
