Clinical effect of Xinxiang Tongluo prescription based on the theory of collateral disease in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of self-made Xinxiang Tongluo prescription in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 90 patients with dysmenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into Xinxiang Tongluo prescription group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The Xinxiang Tongluo prescription group was treated with Xinxiang Tongluo prescription,and the control group was treated with Sanjie Zhentong capsule.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the Xinxiang Tongluo prescription group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 77.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinxiang Tongluo prescription in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type has a significant effect,with obvious advantages.
