Effects of Maxing Shigan decoction and Qianjin Weijing decoction combined with tiotropium bromide on pulmonary function and respiratory function in patients with AECOPD
Objective To analyze the effects of Maxing Shigan decoction and Qianjin Weijing decoction combined with tiotropium bromide on pulmonary function and respiratory function in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods A total of 150 patients with AECOPD admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the red and blue ball random method, the patients were divided into routine group(75 cases, tiotropium bromide treatment)and observation group(75 cases,Maxing Shigan decoction and Qianjin Weijing decoction combined with tiotropium bromide treatment). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced expiratory volume in one second as a percentage of predicted value(FEV1%pred),maximal vital capacity(VCmax),maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV)and 6-min walk test(6MWT)in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment, the modified British Medical Research Council(mMRC)score and the levels of intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)and endothelial leukocyte adhesion molecule-1(ELAM-1)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maxing Shigan decoction and Qianjin Weijing decoction combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of AECOPD patients can quickly improve lung function indicators, and reduce dyspnea indexes and airway inflammation biochemical indicators,so as to achieve ideal curative effect.
