Effects of group psychological counseling intervention model on pulmonary function recovery and psychological state in patients with bronchiectasis
Objective To analyze the application effect of group psychological counseling intervention model in patients with bronchiectasis and its influences on pulmonary function recovery and psychological state. Methods A total of 80 patients with bronchiectasis admitted in the respiratory department from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group(n=40,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(n=40,group psychological counseling intervention model was given on the basis of the control group). The pulmonary function indexe, psychological resilience and self-care ability of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension and total score of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of follow-up,the scores of each dimension and total score of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The group psychological counseling intervention model can effectively adjust the psychological state of patients with bronchiectasis, enhance health beliefs, improve self-care management level, and promote pulmonary function.
