Application effect of family-school-individual trinity management mode based on"Internet +"in the continuous nursing of school-age children with asthma in western Guangxi
Objective To explore the application effect of family-school-individual trinity management mode based on"Internet +"in the continuous nursing of school-age children with asthma in western Guangxi.Methods A total of 82 school-age children with asthma who were discharged from the pediatrics department were selected as the research objects.Among them,37 children who were discharged from February 1,2018 to February 28,2020 were set as control group,and 45 children who were discharged from March 1,2020 to February 28,2022 were set as observation group.The control group was given routine continuous nursing,while the observation group was given family-school-individual trinity management mode based on"Internet +"on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of daily life management,disease medical management,emotional cognitive management and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of daily life,disease management ability and parents'mutual support in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of disease energy consumption,disease management difficulties and disease impact concerns were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total control rate of asthma in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The family-school-individual trinity management model based on"Internet +"has achieved significant application value in the continuous nursing of school-age children with asthma in western Guangxi.
