Effect of trinity rehabilitation nursing model combined with empathy nursing on functional recovery of elderly patients with hemiplegia after stroke
Objective To study the effect of trinity rehabilitation nursing model combined with empathy nursing on functional recovery of elderly patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given empathy nursing, and the observation group was given trinity rehabilitation nursing model on the basis of the control group. The motor function, neurological function, rehabilitation indicators and psychological status of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Limb(FMA-UL)and Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Lower Limb(FMA-LL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time, the time to weight-bearing standing and restore normal walking time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The trinity rehabilitation nursing model combined with empathy nursing can not only promote the functional recovery of elderly patients with hemiplegia after stroke, shorten the recovery time, but also improve their psychological state, which is worthy of promotion.
