Application effect of perioperative exercise therapy nursing in elderly patients with osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures and its influences on fracture repair and self-care ability of life activities
Objective To analyze the application effect of perioperative exercise therapy nursing in elderly patients with osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures who underwent surgical treatment from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. The elderly patients were divided into control group(n=49,routine perioperative nursing)and observation group(n=49,exercise therapy nursing on the basis of the control group)according to the random number table method. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1,3 and 6 months after operation, the Harris hip function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months follow-up after operation, the self-care ability of life activities in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative exercise therapy nursing can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in elderly patients with osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures, reduce the incidence of surgical complications, improve the self-care ability of life activities, and promote fracture repair.
