Preventive value of intervention strategy based on risk factor screening combined with somatosensory music therapy for intensive care unit-acquired weakness of severe stroke
Objective To explore the preventive value of intervention strategy based on risk factor screening combined with somatosensory music therapy for intensive care unit-acquired weakness(ICU-AW)of severe stroke. Methods A total of 108 patients with severe stroke admitted from March 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 54 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group implemented intervention strategy based on risk factor screening combined with somatosensory music therapy on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results At the time of leaving ICU,the Medical Research Council Score(MRCs)score, total muscle content and skeletal muscle content of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of ICU-AW in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the time of leaving ICU,the levels of dopamine(DA)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the time of leaving ICU,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Acale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention strategy based on risk factor screening combined with somatosensory music therapy in patients with severe stroke can not only improve muscle function, reduce the incidence of ICU-AW,but also regulate neurotransmitter levels and improve mental state, which is worthy of promotion.
