Effect of theme-based diversified psychological intervention combined with angular music therapy on sleep status and positive emotions in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Objective To explore the effect of theme-based diversified psychological intervention combined with angular music therapy on sleep status and positive emotions in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 100 patients with COPD admitted from April 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given theme-based diversified psychological intervention combined with angular music therapy on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the number of awakenings in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the deep sleep time and rapid eye movement(REM)were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the positive emotion score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of ST.George′s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Theme-based diversified psychological intervention combined with angular music therapy can improve the sleep status of COPD patients,obtain positive emotions,and promote the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
