Application effect of resistance exercise combined with nutritional nursing in gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia
Objective To explore the application effect of resistance exercise combined with nutritional nursing in gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 96 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. The pregnant women were randomly divided into routine group(48 cases, routine exercise guidance combined with nutritional nursing)and observation group(48 cases, resistance exercise combined with nutritional nursing). The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial plasam glucose(2 h PG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group, and the level of high-density lipoprotein(HDL)was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The total exercise compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).At 1 and 2 months after intervention, the mean amplitude of glycemic excursions(MAGE)and mean absolute difference in daytime blood glucose(MODD)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Resistance exercise combined with nutritional nursing can improve the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia, improve exercise compliance, reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and achieve ideal intervention effects.
