Application of TBL-CBL-PBL three-track combined teaching mode in the standardized training of residents in hematology department
Objective To explore the application of team-based learning(TBL)-case-based learning(CBL)-problem-based learning(PBL)three-track combined teaching mode in the standardized training of residents in hematology department. Methods A total of 192 residents rotating in hematology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University were selected as the research objects, and the residents were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 96 in each group. The experimental group implemented TBL-CBL-PBL three-track combined teaching mode, while the control group implemented traditional teaching mode. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results The theoretical examination score, total scores of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)and teaching rounds in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of learning interest, clinical thinking ability and self-learning ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The TBL-CBL-PBL three-track combined teaching mode in the standardized training of residents in hematology department has better application effect.
