Effects of micro-video counter-example teaching method combined with micro-teaching method on clinical thought and core competence of student nurse
Objective To explore the effects of micro-video counter-example teaching method combined with micro-teaching method on clinical thought and core competence of student nurse.Methods Twenty student nurses from January to December 2021 were selected as control group(routine nursing teaching mode),and 20 student nurses from January to December 2022 were selected as observation group(micro-video counter-example teaching method combined with micro-teaching method).The graduation score,clinical thought ability,core competence and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical score,skill operation score and case analysis score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of Chinese Version of Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory(CTDI-CV)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of professional attitude,treatment communication and relationship,general performance and specific clinical manifestations in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The micro-video counter-example teaching method combined with the micro-teaching method can improve the comprehensive quality and clinical thought of the student nurses,and improve core competence and teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization and application.
