The psychological resilience of patients with coronary heart disease is at a moderate level,and good psychological resilience has a positive significance for the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease.This article reviews the research progress of psychological resilience in patients with coronary heart disease,including the concept of psychological resilience and evaluation tools,etc.The influencing factors of psychological resilience in patients with coronary heart disease mainly include anxiety and depression,social support,quality of life and health knowledge level.Clinically,interventions such as telephone follow-up and issuance of health education manuals can be given.It is recommended to conduct research on the current status,influencing factors of psychological resilience,and its relationship with health outcomes in patients with coronary heart disease in the future,in order to provide a basis for constructing a systematic intervention plan.
