Analysis of the current status and influencing factors of pulmonary infection in patients with ischemic stroke in ICU
Objective To analyze the current status and influencing factors of pulmonary infection in patients with ischemic stroke in ICU.Methods A total of 189 patients with ischemic stroke admitted in ICU of our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected. The clinical data of the patients were collected and the incidence of pulmonary infection was recorded.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of pulmonary infection in ICU patients with ischemic stroke. Results Of the 189 patients with ischemic stroke in ICU,35 cases(18.52%)had pulmonary infection.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age, hypoproteinemia, disturbance of consciousness, dysphagia, spontaneous cough ability, invasive operation and unreasonable application of antibiotics were the influencing factors of pulmonary infection in ICU patients with ischemic stroke(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of pulmonary infection in patients with ischemic stroke in ICU is high.Age,hypoproteinemia, disturbance of consciousness, dysphagia, autonomous cough ability, invasive operation and unreasonable application of antibiotics are the influencing factors of pulmonary infection.Clinical intervention should be strengthened.
