Effect of SOX chemotherapy regimen combined with cinobufotalin tablets in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer and its influences on immune, inflammatory indexes and tumor markers levels
Objective To analyze the effect of SOX chemotherapy regimen combined with cinobufotalin tablets in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer and its influences on immune, inflammatory indexes and tumor markers levels. Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into routine group(40 cases,SOX chemotherapy regimen treatment)and observation group(40 cases,SOX chemotherapy regimen + cinobufotalin tablets treatment)by random number table method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment, the CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group, and the CD8+ was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group, and the natural killer(NK)cell was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion SOX chemotherapy regimen combined with cinobufotalin tablets in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer can effectively improve the immune function, reduce the levels of tumor markers, and does not increase the adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
