Effect of urapidil combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction
Objective To investigate the effect of urapidil combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted from September 2020 to September 2022 were included as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of randomized controlled double-blind,with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ozagrel sodium, and the observation group was treated with urapidil on the basis of the control group. Before and after treatment, the blood pressure, cerebral blood perfusion indexes, hemorheological indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of both groups decreased, those in the observation group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the cerebral blood volume(CBV)and cerebral blood flow(CBF)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the mean transit time(MTT)was shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the plasma viscosity, whole blood high tangential viscosity, whole blood low tangential viscosity, hemocytometry volume and fibrinogen level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Urapidil combined with ozagrel sodium has a significant effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,it can significantly improve blood pressure, cerebral blood perfusion indexes and hemorheological indexes, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
