Effects of dezocine combined with sufentanil on stress response, muscle relaxation degree and traction response in parturients undergoing cesarean section
Objective To investigate the effects of dezocine combined with sufentanil on stress response, muscle relaxation degree and traction response in parturients undergoing cesarean section. Methods A total of 200 parturients undergoing cesarean section admitted from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different anesthesia methods, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given sufentanil combined spinal epidural anesthesia, and the observation group was given dezocine on the basis of the control group. The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared. Results At 10 min after operation and at the end of operation, the levels of cortisol(Cor),norepinephrine(NE)and endothelin-1(ET-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of muscle relaxation degree after anesthesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).When exploring and cleaning the abdominal cavity, the traction reaction level of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dezocine combined with sufentanil can reduce the intraoperative stress response of cesarean section parturients, improve the muscle relaxation degree, reduce the traction response, and has higher safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
