Clinical effect of Ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with betahistine in the treatment of cerebral infarction
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with betahistine in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 58 patients with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and study group by computer software digital table lottery method, with 29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with betahistine, and the study group was treated with Ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with betahistine. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)and Barthel index(BI)scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D)levels and hematocrit(HCT),mean corpuscular volume(MCV)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the superoxide dismutase(SOD)level of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the malonaldehyde(MDA)level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with betahistine has a significant effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
