Application effect of active comprehensive nursing mode in patients with chronic heart failure and cardiorenal syndrome and its influences on symptom improvement and MQSGA score
Objective To explore the application effect of active comprehensive nursing mode in patients with chronic heart failure and cardiorenal syndrome(CRS).Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic heart failure and CRS admitted from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into routine group and study group by random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The routine group was given general basic nursing, and the study group was given active comprehensive nursing mode. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The improvement time of dyspnea, anemia, edema and fatigue in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention, the body mass index(BMI)of the two groups increased significantly, and the scores of Modified Quantitative Subjective Global Assessment(MQSGA)decreased significantly, and those in the study group were better than the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)score of the two groups decreased, and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)score increased, and those in the study group were better than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The active comprehensive nursing model can help alleviate clinical symptoms and self-perceived burden of patients with chronic heart failure and CRS,improve body weight of patients, and improve their disease response attitude and nutritional status.
