目的 分析基于知信行评估的循环健康教育结合阶段性心脏康复在心脏瓣膜置换术后护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2021 年10 月至 2022 年7 月收治的96 例心脏瓣膜置换术患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于知信行评估的循环健康教育结合阶段性心脏康复。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,观察组的每分输出量(CO)、二尖瓣舒张早期血流峰值/舒张晚期血流峰值(E/A)高于对照组(P<0。05)。干预后,观察组的健康知识、健康行为及信念、心脏康复锻炼方法评分高于对照组(P<0。05)。干预后,观察组的中国心血管病人生活质量评定问卷(CQQC)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于对照组(P<0。05)。结论 基于知信行评估的循环健康教育结合阶段性心脏康复可提高心脏瓣膜置换术后患者治疗知识掌握程度及自我效能,改善心功能,有助于提升生活质量,值得推广。
Effects of circular health education based on knowledge-attitude-practice assessment combined with staged cardiac rehabilitation on cardiac rehabilitation and mastery of treatment knowledge of patients after cardiac valve replacement
Objective To analyze the application effect of circular health education based on knowledge-attitude-practice assessment combined with staged cardiac rehabilitation in the postoperative nursing of cardiac valve replacement.Methods A total of 96 patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement admitted from October 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was given circular health education based on knowledge-attitude-practice assessment combined with staged cardiac rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the cardiac output(CO)and peak transmitral valve flow velocity in early diastole/peak transmitral valve flow velocity in late diastole(E/A)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of health knowledge,health behavior and belief,and cardiac rehabilitation exercise method in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of China Questionnaire of Quality of Life in Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases(CQQC)and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The circular health education based on knowledge-attitude-practice assessment combined with staged cardiac rehabilitation can improve the mastery of treatment knowledge and self-efficacy of patients after cardiac valve replacement,improve cardiac function,and help to improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
