Application effect of early external attention focus strategy combined with motor imagery therapy in the nursing of posterior circulation ischemic stroke
Objective To explore the application effect of early external attention focus strategy combined with motor imagery therapy in patients with posterior circulation ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 104 patients with posterior circulation ischemic stroke admitted from April 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given early external attention focus strategy combined with motor imagery therapy on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of rehabilitation exercise behavior implementation intention questionnaire in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment(FMA)upper and lower limb function scores and the Modified Barthel Index(MBI)score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early external attention focus strategy combined with motor imagery therapy can reduce the disease self-perceived burden of patients with posterior circulation ischemic stroke, improve the implementation intention of rehabilitation exercise behavior, and promote the recovery of limb function, thus improving the ability of daily life activities.
