Effects of family participatory nursing based on WeChat platform combined with feedback health education on self-management ability and disease control of patients with chronic bronchitis
Objective To explore the application effect of family participatory nursing based on WeChat platform combined with feedback health education in patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic bronchitis admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given family participatory nursing based on WeChat platform combined with feedback health education.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of disease,treatment,prevention and life behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-33(IL-33)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family participatory nursing based on WeChat platform combined with feedback health education can improve the awareness of health knowledge,self-management ability and reduce inflammatory response in patients with chronic bronchitis,which is worthy of promotion.
