Effects of targeted nursing based on target strategy combined with sequential expectoration nursing program on respiratory status and expectoration of patients with severe stroke undergoing tracheotomy
Objective To explore the application of targeted nursing based on target strategy combined with sequential sputum excretion nursing program in patients with severe stroke undergoing tracheotomy. Methods A total of 100 patients with severe stroke undergoing tracheotomy in our hospital from April 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the time of admission, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was given targeted nursing based on target strategy combined with sequential expectoration nursing program on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results When leaving ICU,the dynamic compliance of respiratory system(Cdyn)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the resistance in airways(Raw)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The daily sputum volume and proportion of sputum viscosity Ⅰ degree in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).When leaving ICU,the C-reactive protein to albumin ratio(CAR)and monocyte to lymphocyte ratio(MLR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing based on target strategy combined with sequential expectoration nursing program for the nursing of patients with severe stroke undergoing tracheotomy can improve the expectoration, regulate the inflammatory state, and promote the recovery of respiratory state, which is worthy of promotion.
